Kathleen has over 25 years of experience in employee communication strategy and delivery and is a subject matter expert for total rewards, compensation, benefits, and wellness communication.
She specializes in planning, creating, and executing services to help employers manage the “hire-to-retire” life cycle, which covers topics from recruiting and orientation to stakeholder research, strategic planning, total rewards, employee benefits, wellness, executive and non-executive compensation, and HR/benefits administration.
She supports Human Resource and operational teams from organizations of all sizes, industries, and cultures in achieving their HR and business goals. The industries she advises include pharmaceutical, manufacturing, telecom, retail, high tech, healthcare, public, and non-profit organizations, with salaried and collective bargaining employees, in various stages of growth.
Prior to partnering with BPCG, Kathleen was a regional leader of key accounts, business developer, and senior consultant at a global human capital firm. Her speaking experience includes such topics as human capital risk, workforce research, strategic communication, and total rewards approaches. She spoke on human capital and enterprise risk at the Global Strategic Management Institute's enterprise risk forum.
Kathleen received a Bachelors of Arts Degree in philosophy from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and a Masters of Art Degree in English and Creative Writing from Hollins University.
