President’s Message:
Since our inception in 1993, it has been my personal privilege as President and CEO of Benefits Plus Consulting Group, Inc., to help guide our wealth management clients in creating secure financial futures with care, objectivity, integrity, and personal attention.
Over our thirty-year history, while remaining true to our core mission, BPCG has expanded our expertise to assist unions, states and municipalities in enhancing the strategy, communication, and compliance oversight of their benefit plans in collaboration with a network of professional service firms and prime contractors.
In light of this growth, BPCG's core services are now delivered by our benefits consulting division and strategic partners. To strengthen our capabilities and ensure continuity of service for our Wealth Management clients, in 2025 we partnered with Delphi Wealth Management to broaden our support team and technology resources. I am proud to announce that, effective December 2025, our teams have been fully integrated and our wealth management division is officially a part of the Delphi WM organization.

As a Wealth Management Client- The Deliphi Team is able to deliver a broader array of financial solutions with a greater degree of efficiency, while preserving the care for personal relationships that have defined our firm for over three decades.
