  • BPCG Awarded the 2021 Supplier of the Year - Class 1 Award

    Supplier of the Year is an award from the National Minority Supplier Development Council.  Norma Romero-Mitchell was nominated for this award which is based on BPCG’s performance amongst minority owned firms in the areas of growth in revenues, innovation in delivery of services, contributions to their community and continued commitment to the mission and success of the NMSDC. This award was independently granted and membership in an organization was not required. The advisor did not pay any fee for the promotion or receipt of this award.

    Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program provides education, support services, and pathways to capital for growth-oriented entrepreneurs. Business owners gain practical skills to take their companies to the next level, with topics like financial analysis, negotiations, and marketing/sales. Participants develop an actionable growth plan for their companies with the help of advisors and a network of like-minded entrepreneurs. Typically, there is a nomination and vetting process for admission, but it is free for participants and delivered in partnership with academic institutions across the country.

  • Benefits Plus Consulting Group Recognized Among Top 100 Regional Minority Businesses

    Top 100 Minority Business Enterprise is awarded to acknowledge and pay tribute to outstanding women and minority business owners in Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia.  A panel of judges chose Benefits Plus Consulting, Inc. from five thousand nominations based on entrepreneurs who demonstrated outstanding achievement in entrepreneurship, client satisfaction, professional, and community contributions. Norma Romero-Mitchell was nominated for this award. This award was independently granted and a membership in an organization was not required.   • Pennsylvania’s Best 50 Women in Business Award

    Pennsylvania’s Best 50 Women in Business is an award from the Governor of Pennsylvania and published by the Central Penn Business Journal, the Northeastern Pennsylvania Business Journal, the Eastern Pennsylvania Business Journal, the Pittsburgh Business Times and Pennsylvania Business Central. An independent panel of judges selected candidates based on dedication to business growth, professional and personal accomplishments, community involvement, and advocacy for women in business.  Norma Romero-Mitchell was nominated for this award.
